Breathe at The Allis

In partnership with the Charles Allis Art Museum: Start your New Year off right with Morgan Hallenbeck of Back to Eden LLC. This 90 minute workshop includes education and an immersive breathwork journey. Morgan will provide participants with eye masks, journals, and handouts.
