3. Language & Communication Access

• Clients may use an interpreter or translator of their choice during private sessions, workshops, and retreats.

• Upon request, we can provide written materials in multiple languages to support accessibility for an additional fee and with advanced notice.

• Live virtual sessions may include closed captioning or transcription services for those who need them with an additional fee and notice.
   

4. Physical & Sensory Accessibility

• Whenever possible, our in-person events take place in accessible spaces that accommodate different mobility needs.

• We offer modifications and alternative practices for individuals who require a more adaptive approach to breathwork, meditation, or movement-based activities. Advanced notice required for props, etc.
   

5. Financial Accessibility

• We believe wellness should be available to all, regardless of financial means. Sliding-scale pricing and scholarship opportunities may be available for certain programs or events. Special offers may be available via the email newsletter, via local business partners, or in other areas.
