Welcome to www.backtoedenbreathwork.com (the “Website”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our Website, services, programs, retreats, and any offerings by Back to Eden LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including in-person and virtual breathwork sessions, coaching, wellness retreats, courses, and digital content.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Website or services.

1. Services Provided

Back to Eden LLC offers breathwork sessions, somatic healing practices, retreats, coaching, and educational content designed to promote emotional, mental, and physical well-being. These services are provided:
✅ In-person (retreats, workshops, private sessions)
✅ Virtually (online classes, digital programs, courses, coaching)

Our offerings are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or therapeutic treatment. If you have medical or psychological concerns, consult a licensed healthcare professional before participating.

2. Eligibility & Client Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services unless parental consent is provided. By participating, you confirm that:

You are physically and mentally fit to engage in breathwork and wellness practices.
You understand that breathwork can bring up strong emotional and physical responses, and you take full responsibility for your experience.
You have disclosed any relevant medical conditions by completing the required Medical Questionnaire and Liability Waiver before participating in any session, retreat, or program.
You will listen to your body and participate at your own pace.

3. Medical Disclaimer & Release of Liability

By engaging in our services, you acknowledge that:

Breathwork and somatic practices can affect the nervous system, heart rate, and emotional processing.
You understand the potential risks, including but not limited to dizziness, emotional release, changes in breathing patterns, and temporary discomfort.
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in any of our programs.
You have signed and submitted the required Medical Questionnaire and Release of Liability Form before attending any session or retreat.

Back to Eden LLC and its facilitators are not liable for any injuries, psychological distress, or medical complications arising from participation in our services.

If you experience discomfort or adverse effects, stop immediately and seek medical assistance if necessary.

4. Payment, Refunds & Cancellations

A. Payments

All services must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
Payment methods accepted: Credit/Debit, ACH, PayPal, Square, Stripe, AllEvents, EventBrite and any other registration or payment tools deemed necessary.
For retreats, installment payment plans may be available—details will be provided upon registration.

B. Cancellation & Refunds

Private Sessions:

If you will be late to your session but would still like to proceed with it, please let me know. Late arrivals can still participate but time will not be extended. I allow a 10 minute grace period before you're marked a “no-show” or missed appointment and subject to the full session fee.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a rollover allowance for rescheduling at the discretion of Back to Eden LLC.
Please reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of your cancellation using the link at the bottom of your Calendly confirmation email, via a Zoom/calendar request or contact me directly. Late reschedules may be subject to a $25 fee.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time are non-refundable and non-transferable, subject to the full session fee.
Exceptions may be made in certain circumstances. Life can be unpredictable and that's why I offer the flexibility of waiving 1 fee per year. If your late cancellation or no-show is due to an unexpected emergency such as hospitalization, illness, death, or natural disaster, please contact me directly to discuss.

Workshops, Classes & Group Events:

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.
Cancellations made 24 hours in advance may receive a rollover allowance into another class offering at the discretion of Back to Eden LLC.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session time are non-refundable, and non-transferable, subject to the full session fee.
Transfers may be possible but are not guaranteed.
No-shows will not receive a refund or credit.

Retreats:

Deposits are non-refundable. Full refund policies are outlined in retreat-specific agreements.
No-shows will not receive a refund or credit.

Back to Eden LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or credit will be provided.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including text, images, videos, course materials, and branding on www.backtoedenbreathwork.com, is the intellectual property of Back to Eden LLC and is protected by copyright laws.

You may not:
🚫 Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.
🚫 Use our materials for commercial purposes or teaching others without written consent.
🚫 Modify or create derivative works from our courses or programs.

You may:
✅ Use materials for personal learning and self-development.
✅ Share publicly available content (such as blog posts) with proper credit.

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

6. Privacy & Confidentiality

Your personal information is confidential and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We uphold a safe and private space for all participants. Any shared experiences within sessions, retreats, or online programs must remain confidential—this ensures a trusting and supportive environment.

7. Code of Conduct

By using our services, you agree to engage in a respectful, supportive, and non-disruptive manner. We have a zero-tolerance policy for:

🚫 Harassment or discrimination of any kind
🚫 Disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior
🚫 Recording or sharing private session content without verbal or written consent.

Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in removal from programs without a refund.

8. Third-Party Services & External Links

Our Website may contain links to third-party sites (e.g., payment processors, wellness partners). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or security of these external sites.

9. Force Majeure

Back to Eden LLC is not liable for service delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, technical failures, or unforeseen emergencies.

10. Updates to Terms & Conditions

We may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will always be available on our Website. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any modifications.
