Inspired by re-birthing breathwork and the elements of air and ether, this session will take you through an intense, euphoric experience of shedding old layers and stepping into a renewed sense of self.

This is an activating practice designed for deep transformation. We will incorporate sound, movement, and guided visualization to simulate the womb-to-world transition, allowing you to re-emerge in clarity and power. Neurodivergent-friendly, this session invites playful exploration of breath, sound, and movement.
